How many days in advance of my trip should I ship my luggage?
Most BagCaddie customers prefer to book about two weeks in advance to take advantage of our most cost-effective rates, but we accept bookings up to 180 days before pickup for early planners.
Need it there faster? We offer:

- Next Day Service (1 business day)
to ensure your bags arrive on time when plans change or tight timelines arise.

What am I allowed to ship?
he Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has specific regulations regarding what can and cannot be shipped by air.
We recommend reviewing the FAA’s official guidelines to ensure your items are compliant:

Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we do! If a delay or issue occurs that is within our control, we’ll refund your shipping fee — no hassle.
In addition, if your golf clubs don’t arrive on time, we’ll reimburse you for a dozen golf balls, a golf glove, golf shoes, and a rental set so you can still enjoy your round.

Preparing
Do you provide luggage tags?
Yes! When you ship your golf bag or luggage through a BagCaddie Club Partner — such as a participating golf club, hotel, or resort — they will provide a luggage tag and handle all the concierge services to ensure your items are picked up and delivered to the correct destination.
If you’ve signed up for our VIP service, we’ll also include a Chipolo tracker with your shipment, giving you live tracking of your items throughout the journey.

How do I receive and assemble my shipping label?
We recommend working with one of our BagCaddie Club Partners, who will handle everything for you — including printing, packing, and shipping your items.
If you prefer the DIY option, your shipping label will be:
- Emailed directly to you
- Or available in your account at bagcaddie.com
Simply print the label and insert it into the luggage tag provided, placing it on the opposite side of the BagCaddie logo.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

Is it okay to lock my luggage?
Yes — for domestic travel, we recommend locking your luggage. It helps protect the integrity of your items and does not affect your ability to file a claim if anything goes missing.
For international travel, your luggage must remain unlocked if it is selected for inspection by customs agents. Locked bags may be delayed or forcibly opened during cross-border inspections.

Is my presence required for pickup?

For DIY shipments, most of our customers simply leave their luggage or golf bag in a covered area outside their home, properly labeled and ready for pickup.

Tracking my luggage?
When you placed your booking, you received a reference number and an email with tracking details. You will receive text updates or you can sign in to your BagCaddie account to view your full order and tracking history anytime.
Your BagCaddie Club Partner or our Customer Service Team is always available to provide updates or assist with tracking as needed.
If you’re a VIP customer, we include a Chipolo tracking card in your shipment — giving you near real-time visibility and added peace of mind.
What delivery date should I choose?
