How many days in advance of my trip should I ship my luggage?
Most BagCaddie customers prefer to book about two weeks in advance to take advantage of our most cost-effective rates, but we accept bookings up to 180 days before pickup. Need it there faster? We offer Expedited Service (3 business days) and Next Day Service (1 business day).
What am I allowed to ship?
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has specific regulations regarding what can and cannot be shipped by air. Avoid restricted or hazardous items. See FAA PackSafe Guidelines for compliance.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. If a delay or issue occurs that is within our control, we’ll refund your shipping fee. If your clubs don’t arrive on time, we’ll reimburse for a dozen golf balls, glove, shoes, and rental set.
Do you provide luggage storage?
BagCaddie Club network partners — including select golf clubs, hotels, and resorts — offer luggage and golf bag storage. Availability may vary by location.

Do you provide luggage tags?
Yes. Club partners provide tags and concierge handling. VIPs also get Chipolo trackers for live tracking.
How do I receive and assemble my shipping label?
Partners will print and assemble for you. For DIY, print from email or BagCaddie account, insert into tag holder, and attach.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Use Live Chat or Contact Us page. We’ll make updates quickly and hassle-free.
Is it okay to lock my luggage?
Yes for domestic. For international, leave it unlocked to comply with customs inspections.

Is my presence required for pickup?
No. Club Partners handle everything. DIY customers may leave bags in a covered location for pickup.
Can I ship one way?
Yes. Select the one-way option when booking or ask a BagCaddie Club Partner to assist.
Is my presence required for pickup?
No. BagCaddie Club Partners handle all pickup details. DIY customers can leave luggage in a safe, covered area for collection or arrange drop-off.
Weekend pick-ups and delivery options?
Standard pickups and deliveries are Monday–Friday. Weekend or evening requests can be arranged upon request.
Can I ship one way?
Yes. Select the one-way option at checkout or ask a BagCaddie Club Partner to assist.
Can I drop off my luggage?
We recommend working through a BagCaddie Club Partner. If unavailable, we’ll help you find a convenient drop-off location.
Are there specific locations for luggage pick-up?
Club Partners offer concierge service. If none are available, we help identify the nearest drop-off based on your location.
Do I need to put my luggage in a box?
No box needed. For golf clubs, we recommend using a club protector or removing the driver head. Club Partners will help pack.

Delivery

Tracking my luggage?
Track your shipment via your order confirmation email or your BagCaddie account. VIP members receive Chipolo real-time tracking.
What delivery date should I choose?
We recommend choosing a delivery date at least 1 day before your arrival. 2–3 days buffer is ideal during peak seasons.
What if I can't be home for delivery?
Club Partners can receive and store your luggage. DIY users can leave instructions for secure drop-off or use a partner location.

International

Must I have customs forms?
Yes. BagCaddie will guide you through customs clearance and ensure you have the correct documentation for cross-border shipping.

Can I view my travel history?
Yes. Log in to your BagCaddie account to view all past orders and track active shipments.
