Welcome to BagCaddie.
We provide a premium, concierge-level shipping experience for golfers who expect reliability, transparency, and care.
These Terms govern your use of BagCaddie services, including the shipping, delivery, and purchase of golf-related products and services.
Shipping & Protection Overview
- Delivery Timing: Expedited or Overnight service is strongly recommended for time-sensitive travel.
- Delays: Eligible shipments may receive reimbursement for essential items up to $200.
- Damage & Loss: Includes $1,000 base coverage ($1,500 for VIP members). Additional protection available up to $5,000.
- Claims Window: Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days.
- Proper Packing: Failure to properly pack, document, and prepare shipments may limit or void coverage.

1. Service Overview
BagCaddie provides logistics services including pickup, transportation, and delivery of golf equipment and related items. We utilize third-party carriers to fulfill shipments.
By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Club Partner Agreements
Certain customers, including golf clubs and partner organizations, may operate under separate written agreements ("Club Partner Agreements").
Where applicable, those agreements govern service usage and may supplement or supersede portions of these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the Club Partner Agreement shall control.
3. Delivery Timing & Delays
Delivery dates are estimates based on carrier performance and selected service level. BagCaddie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, mechanical failures, routing changes, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control.
Eligible shipments may qualify for reimbursement of essential golf items up to $200, including club rentals, golf shoes, and basic accessories.
Claims for delay must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the scheduled delivery date.
4. Insurance & Coverage
- Standard Coverage: $1,000 per shipment
- VIP Members: $1,500 per shipment
Customers may purchase additional coverage during checkout, up to a maximum declared value of $5,000 per shipment.
Coverage applies to the replacement value of equipment and must be supported by documentation such as receipts or appraisals.
Failure to declare appropriate value, properly pack items, or document shipment condition may limit or void recovery in the event of loss or damage.
Coverage may be reduced or denied for items that are improperly packed, inadequately protected, or shipped in violation of these Terms.
5. Claims Process
- Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days
- Must include order number, photos at time of shipment, and proof of value
- Must include a description of the issue
BagCaddie will respond within 10 business days. Resolution timelines may vary depending on carrier response.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
- Use appropriate protective packaging (hard case or approved container)
- Remove fragile or high-value personal items not covered under insurance
- Comply with all applicable shipping laws and regulations
Failure to comply may result in denied claims, reduced coverage, or additional fees.
7. Pickup & Shipment Compliance
Pickup Readiness & Documentation
- Shipments must be fully packed, labeled, and placed in the designated pickup location prior to the scheduled pickup window
- Customers are required to take a clear photo of the packed travel bag and attached shipping label prior to pickup
- This documentation may be required for claims, disputes, or verification of proper handoff
Missed or Improper Pickup
- If a shipment is not available at the scheduled time, or is placed in an incorrect or inaccessible location, it may be considered a missed pickup
- Additional pickup fees or rescheduling charges may apply
- BagCaddie is not responsible for delays resulting from missed or improper pickup conditions
Dimensions, Weight & Carrier Compliance
- All shipments must comply with the declared dimensions and weight provided at the time of booking
- If actual dimensions or weight exceed declared values, additional carrier charges will be billed to the customer
- BagCaddie reserves the right to pass through any carrier-imposed surcharges, including oversize, overweight, or handling fees
8. Prohibited Items
You may not ship the following items under any circumstances:
- Cash, currency, or financial instruments
- Jewelry, watches, or high-value personal items
- Electronics (including laptops, tablets, cameras, or batteries)
- Firearms, ammunition, weapons, or weapon components
- Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials
- Perishable goods
- Alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances
- Personal identification documents (passports, IDs)
Shipments containing prohibited items are sent at your own risk and may be refused, returned, or disposed of without liability.
9. Packaging & Condition Requirements
Shipments must be properly packed in a travel case or approved shipping container.
BagCaddie is not responsible for damage to:
- Unprotected or protruding components
- Zippers, straps, wheels, or soft materials
- Items packed loosely inside the bag
10. Limitation of Liability
BagCaddie’s total liability for any shipment shall not exceed the declared value or $5,000, whichever is lower.
BagCaddie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Carrier terms and conditions may also apply and are incorporated by reference.
11. International Shipments
For international shipments, customers are responsible for customs declarations, duties, and taxes.
BagCaddie is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or seizures.
12. Service Modifications
BagCaddie may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which BagCaddie is headquartered.
